PRINCIPLES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT (RETURN OF GOODS)
The Customer may withdraw from the concluded agreement within 30 days without giving a reason. The time limits for withdrawal shall expire after 30 days of the receipt of the goods by the Customer or any third party indicated by it (other than the carrier).
In order to exercise the right to withdraw, the Customer shall notify the Shop of its decision in the form of an unequivocal declaration. The Shop's data is available on the proof of purchase or in the regulations. The Customer may also use the template of the withdrawal from the agreement.
In order to meet the time limits for withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer shall provide the Shop with information on the exercise of its right to withdraw prior to the expiry of the said time limits.
In the event of withdrawal the Customer shall be refunded all payments made, including the cost of delivery of the goods to the Customer.
The refund shall be made immediately, but in each case not later than within 14 days of the date of the notice on the withdrawal. The refund shall be made with the use of the same form of payment as the one used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer gives its express consent to any other solution. In the event of payment in the form of COD in the original transaction, the refund shall be made to the bank account number indicated by the Customer. In each event the Customer shall bear no charges connected with the refund of the payment.
We may postpone the refund of the payment until the earlier of: the receipt of the goods or the delivery of a proof of sending the goods back.

The product shall be sent back immediately, but in each case not later than within 30 days of the date of the notice on the withdrawal. The time limits shall be deemed met in the event of sending the goods back prior to their expiry.
You will bear direct costs of the return of the goods. Please remember that when returning the goods you are only liable for a reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use thereof in any other way than necessary to find out the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If you want to replace a product (for example another size or model), first make a return (you will receive a refund), then make a new order.
Please be informed that in the event of ordering personalised goods the Customer may not withdraw from the Agreement (return the goods). Legal grounds: Article 38 item 3 of the Consumer's Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Dz. U. of 2014, item 827, as amended). Products with lettering shall be subject to no exchange.
